A Special Summer Program Bringing Smiles to Children Since 1968
The Sunshine Group escaped the rain today! We had a quick bus ride and enjoyed watching Lilo and Stitch with all of our new friends!
Tomorrow we are excited for the pool! Please keep an eye out for a text from Jess with important information about pool days!

A cloudy and cool day yesrterday didn’t put the end to our fun! Field activities included obstacle course, stomp rockets, footprint scavenger hunt, and keep it up. During crafts we made cool creations like cupcake liner ice creams, clothespins butterflies, rock painting along with building with geoshapes and magnatiles. While over in Pick a Project, we made bubble blowers, nature sculptures, and tried out sensory paint.
Today is our first field trip of the summer! We will be going to Bellingham Regal Cinemas to see Lilo and Stitch. If you have not done so already, please make sure to fill out the permission slip. Thank you!

In the field we played builders and bulldozers, I’ve got Mail, and water games to keep cool!
In crafts we had an artist teach us how to make a beach on a canvas!
In pick a project there was a lot to explore, including fishing, kinetic sand and bubble blowing!
