So many amazing creations and imaginative ideas came to life at Sunshine Group today! In field, we played a life-size Hungry Hungry Hippos game, a secret lab course, red light/green light, and water games like sponge hot potato and pass the water. In crafts, we used lots of cardboard and leftover materials from previous weeks to make some cool creations. In Pick-a-Project, we made ball-and-cup games, capes/aprons, and dragon eggs.

The Sunshine Group had another beautiful day at the pool! It was a cool morning but it warmed up and we got to cool off in the pool! We played catch with squish balls and we splashed around. We also brought things to build Lego creations and even brought the stomp rockets!

This was our final swim day for the summer. Next Friday, we will have our annual end-of-summer Carnival at Oakland park for our last day together!

What a talented group! We saw so many amazing acts today at our annual talent show! We were mesmerized by magicians, amazed by athletes, dazzled by dancers, and serenaded by singers! There were also kids who showed off their skills (karate, contortionists, artists, comedians, scientists, engineers, and many more!). We’re incredibly proud of each and every one of our performers who took the stage in front of us all. You were shining stars today!
