Making Tornados, Erupting Volcanoes, and Oobleck!
Oozing, bubbling, and sometimes exploding…Science Week is never short of exciting! Today, our little scientists were busy making tornados, watching volcanoes erupt in the sand, and getting messy with gooey Oobleck! Everyone was having fun making predictions about what could happen, watching in awe as it did happen, and then talking about why it happened! Tomorrow the experiments continue as we will get to see some science experiment demonstrations, explore our solar system, try to build an unsinkable boat, and much more! Everyone is learning and having fun…at the same time!!
*Reminder: Please fill out the permission slip for Thursday’s trip to the Children’s Museum.

Science and Water Exploration Week
World Exploration Week was very successful! The children seemed to enjoy Thursday’s field trip to the Ecotarium and we capped off the week with a fun time at the pool. It is hard to believe that we have completed four weeks of camp and we only have two more left!
A few reminders going forward:
- We are a peanut-free environment. Please keep this in mind when packing snacks and lunches.
- Friday, August 5th will be our Annual Sunshine Talent Show. The show will take place at 9:30am and we will then head to the pool after the show is complete. Parents are invited to join us for the show!
- Week Five is Science and Water Exploration Week and we will be headed to the Children’s Museum in Boston. Please send in the permission slip as soon as possible.
