The Sunshine group had a blast at the movies today. We had the theater to ourselves and enjoyed the minions and their crazy antics!

Tomorrow we will be swimming at Hinkley!

We had another great day!

At the arts and crafts gazebo, we had an artist visit to teach us how to make a paper frog with a blower for its tongue!

In the field we tried out different stations. We played with reusable water balloons, water squirrels, hula hoops, and we played human ring toss.

At Pick a Project we did an Ooblek experiment, made tin foil boats, made bracelets, or tried a water bottle challenge.

As always, during choice time we stayed cool on the slide or played in the playground.

Tomorrow we will be going to the movies! Please send your child in wearing the green sunshine group t-shirts that were sent home today. Let Jess know if you did not receive a shirt!

What a fantastic first day! We had so much fun! In the field we played name games to learn each other’s names, played sponge relays, and played with the parachute.

At Pick a Project we had a special bubble show with Mr. Vinny! There were also magnet tiles to play with and bubble experiments!

For arts and crafts, we painted shells, used model magic to make prints and creations, and colored pictures with our friends.

We also had choice time where we could choose to play on the playground or get wet on the slide!
