Today at the Sunshine Group we had a special performer, Kimberly’s Pocket Circus! She amazed the kids with hula hoop tricks and handstand artistry.
Before the big show, the kids enjoyed four seasons of fun in the field. They went through the season stations: fall activities included witch hat toss, football pass, pumpkin bowl, and eyeball golf. Winter games included foam igloos, team skiing, reindeer antler catch, and iceberg climbing. Spring included frog garden hop, egg launch, cup stack, and leap frog. Summer station included beach ball, gone fishing, and firework rockets!
At arts and crafts, the seasonal fun included spring egg making, paper snowflakes, handprint turkeys, and wind catchers.
At pick a project, the kids enjoyed making chickens to put in the coop and taking care of them, as well as rock painting, salt painting, and making bug jars!
